Spring Into Swing is an extremely social West Coast Swing event in Kamień, Podkarpackie Voivodeship.

Newly built Culture, Sports and Recreation Center and School Complex in Kamień in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. These facilities offer great conditions for dance workshops, integration and social gatherings, and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Fees/Registration

Registration starts January 18th at 5p.m. The price of the pass includes full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner), accommodation and a minimum of 6 hours of workshops for each group with each teachers couple.

Teachers

The workshops will be led by Joao Parada and Ludovic Pelegrin, known for their extremely musical improvisations, and by Kasia and Marcin Skalscy, who have impressive training experience and are famous for creating a community of friends who share a passion for WCS.

Teachers

Joao Parada & Ludovic Pelegrin

Joao competes at the All Stars level and regularly places in the top three. He started teaching in 2014 in Brazil, and today he lives in France, teaches in Switzerland and conducts workshops throughout Europe. WCS is his passion and he loves bringing all of his dance knowledge to the classroom to help students in the best way possible. Ludovic also regularly places in the top three. Driven by the desire to share his passion and help others discover and learn about it, he has been teaching WCS since 2011! With his knowledge and skill in various dances, he is known for his incredible musical knowledge, structured and concise teaching, and wealth of movements and techniques.

Kasia & Marcin Skalscy

Kasia and Marcin are a pair of teachers from Krakow with impressive experience in both dancing and teaching. They constantly surprise their students with new, creative exercises and are able to translate even the most difficult WCS concepts into a language that anyone can understand. They have the ability to teach people in such a way that not only turns them into aspiring WCS dancers, but most importantly, they create a family community of friends who share the same passion. For Kasia and Marcin, West Coast Swing is not only about dancing, but above all spending time with positive people, having great fun and recharging the batteries.

Who are we?

Marzena and Alek Dykman - we are a dancing couple, together since 2021 we have been building the West Coast Swing family in Rzeszów, which we are extremely proud of. There are already over 100 of us and new groups are constantly being created. That's why we decided not to wait any longer and create the first WCS event in Podkarpacie voivodeship, which will be an amazing event.

Together with our team, we will take care of every detail so that you remember this weekend for a long time! We hope that you will feel like expanding your dance skills with us and the wonderful instructors we invited to this event! We want this event to be as social and family-friendly as possible.

When does the registration start?

We plan to start registration in January 18th, at 5 p.m.

What is included in the pass price?

We plan to start registration in January. Sign up for the list of interested parties and you will receive information in advance.

What should I do if I have paid for the pass, but I cannot come?

It is not possible to return a paid pass. You can sell your pass to the next person on the reserve list (in this case, please contact us before selling).

Can I buy the pass from someone?

Yes, you can. However, please contact us in advance so thast we can confirm that the pass you want to buy is valid and registeres to the person who offers it to you

What are the start and end times of the event?

SiS starts with Audition on Friday 5 p.m. Last classes ends on Sunday 5p.m.

What is the accomodation?

The rooms are for 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 people (the SiS is of an integration nature event :-)) All rooms have bathrooms. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge in the corridors. Towels and hair dryers are not available.
